Starting his career as a management consultant and then co-founder of a customer analytics business, Jon Cornwell has always had appetite for a challenge. Thus Jon co-founded Newsflare alongside Bevan Thomas in April 2011. Throughout his career Jon has focussed on building great teams with diverse skillsets as well as using data to drive business decisions. When not in the office Jon can often be found trekking through mountains or watching the England rugby team play at Twickenham.

He regularly speaks at industry events and was the recipient of the Institute of Learning & Performance Silver Award for Learning Leader of the Year in 2020.

Galin has been working with computers since 1993, back when you wrote drivers for punch card printers and scanners. He is now a proud and talented professional web developer with Newsflare keeping him busy designing databases, implementing the latest PHP methods and writing HTML and CSS from scratch. As Galin says "attention to detail chaps, every pixel matters". He loves improving his knowledge on a daily basis and is frequently seen out and about with his camera shooting the natural world around him

Jason Vinod Dsouza is a Backend Developer. He has been working with PHP and frameworks like Symfony for the past few years. He graduated from Visvesvaraya University in 2016. He got experience working with topics like HR software, Trading and job sites. His passion for coding started from childhood, and innovations happened over web technologies and android phones. Now he spends time coding, playing Console games, watching movies and having quality time with the family. He also likes roaming around exploring new places and things.
